Returns policy
If we send you the incorrect item or if it is damaged in any way, we will correct the order as soon as possible. Please email us ([email protected]) to arrange the return.
If you would like to refund or exchange your item/s for a different size, style, or colour, we would be happy to do so as long as the returned garment is in new condition and is returned within 45 days of purchase – we will have to re-charge for shipping.
Shipping
It can take up to 48 hours to verify your payment. Within the UK, items are sent First Class Recorded and so may require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times are approximately 1 to 4 days within the UK, 3 to 7 days for Europe, and 5-10 days for the rest of the world. Please note that on rare occasions, international orders can be delayed as a result of customs clearance procedures. Europe and International orders are sent First Class.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments via Paypal. All transactions are protected by PayPal’s secure SSL Protocol. Although all of our accepted forms of payments go through Paypal you do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store.
